Application Tips
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of loose material.
Using a flexible spatula, press the filler paste firmly into the surface.
Apply thin layers and build up to ensure the product is cured properly.
Cure hard using a 395-405nm LED UV light source.
QUICK GUIDE
1. Apply
Using a flexible applicator or a gloved finger, apply the filler paste in thin layers.
2. Cure
To set hard, cure filled area for 5 – 10 seconds using 395-405nm Ultra-Violet (UV) light source.
3. Sand
Sand smooth by stepping from course to fine grades of wet or dry sandpaper.
4. Finish
For best results, use quality paints. Finish with a clear coat for ultimate protection and durability.

1. IncredaFILL™ Refill
This ready-mixed, urethane polymer filler uses the advanced technology of UV light to cure in an instant! It is packed in a PET UV safe black screw-top container, it also has a protective internal seal as double protection to prevent accidental opening in daylight. Ensure to store in a dark, cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Wipe surfaces and clean equipment with RESINAWAY™ or IPA.
2. UV LED 395nm Torch + 18650 Battery
This ultimate LED UV 395nm torch from UltraFire has a black aluminium alloy body, optical zooming lens for precision focusing & spot curing, powerful LEDs (3.7V-8.4V) powered by a 18650 rechargeable battery (included). An impressive waterproof rating of IPX4. The compact size (12.3cm X 2.8cm), small enough to carry in a pocket.
3. Smart Recharger
The powerful 18650 USB smart recharger gives the UV LED Torch the power it needs to cure IncredaFILL™ fast! This long-lasting rechargeable battery delivers an impressive 3.7 Volts. When using this product, ALWAYS wear recommended PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). This includes gloves, UV safety glasses & certified dust masks when sanding.
After handling IncredaFILL™, ensure to thoroughly wash hands and any exposed skin before going outside into the sun. If any material is on your skin and it is exposed to UV light, burns may occur.
If skin contact does occur, wipe off with IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol) and wash thoroughly soapy water. For full safety procedures, please download the SDS for more information.
Cure the product in a well-ventilated area, ensure to use a certified mask if sensitive to the odour. Always protect your eyes from UV light by never looking directly at it.
